| PRICE LIST & RATES Please contact me personally for a custom quote, to check my availability, and for more detailed information. Pricing is divided into two categories: ceremony music and background music. There is no charge for set-up time before the performance. The price for your specific event may vary due to many factors including but not limited to date, location, holidays and travel. The following information meant only as a guide, and is not a specific price quote for your event. The following prices are for Solo Harp, please contact me personally to receive a price quote for an ensemble. In general, additional musicians are $150-$175 each for a wedding ceremony and $100 an hour for background music. |

One personal Wedding Consultation-
At a consultation, you can hear many musical selections, and we can discuss musical
selections. If you don't know which songs or genre you'd like, I can help you choose from a
wide variety. I am available to help you plan all the musical touches in your wedding, as well
as offering some advice on customs and traditions.
WEDDING CEREMONY (indoor):
Ceremony lasting 15-45 minutes: $350
Longer ceremonies: Please Inquire
A Wedding Ceremony includes: 20-30 minutes of prelude music, processional(s), ceremony
interludes, recessional, and 5-10 minutes of postlude music.

music bookings on the day of your wedding such as: wedding receptions, cocktail hours,
dinner music, etc. are priced and timed separately from the ceremony. The minimum
booking is for two hours, even if less music will be required.

Notes:
· All dates are held with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The date is reserved in my
calendar only once I receive payment of the deposit. The date and my services are legally
reserved only once I receive payment of the deposit and a returned signed contract. Your
event is not considered booked until I receive your signed contract and deposit.
· Special rates apply for events on holidays. Holiday dates include the entire month of
December, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Holy Week, Easter
Sunday, Mother's Day & Thanksgiving.
· Background Music is booked and priced based on the above Hourly Rates, which vary
by season. Background Music includes, but is not limited to, the following types of events:
Brunches, Cocktail Hours, Dinner Music, Engagement Parties, Fund Raising Events,
Grand Openings, Luncheons, Private Parties, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners,
Romantic Evenings, and Wedding Receptions
Background Music events taking place on the same day as your wedding ceremony will be
priced and timed separately from the ceremony, and may be subject to a $50 charge to
move to a different location (such as from the church to the reception venue).
· There is no charge for travel within 25 miles of my home in downtown Chicago. Travel to
locations over 25 miles will involve an additional mileage fee of $0.50 per mile, round trip
from my home.
*Overtime: While a slight delay in your event can generally be accommodated, a lengthy
delay may cause the Artist to be late to following bookings. If you event runs over the
above contracted time, the Artist may be required to leave your event to attend to other
scheduled engagements. Overtime charges will also be incurred. Overtime performance is
at the sole discretion of the Artist, and any overtime charges incurred are payable in cash at
the conclusion of the performance. Overtime is booked in half-hour increments at a rate of
$75/half-hour.
· Additional charges may be assessed for unusual circumstances.
· Prices listed above are current as of 1/1/09 and are subject to change.
* For outdoor events:
· The harp must be positioned on a dry, level, hard surface; out of direct sunlight; away
from water (including sea spray) and strong or gusty winds; and at reasonable temperatures
and humidity levels.
· If during the performance it begins to rain, you will immediately see me cover my harp and
move indoors or to my vehicle - no matter what else is going on at the time. Harps are
made of wood, and the slightest moisture can permanently damage the instrument. Please
understand, I must protect the substantial investment I have made in my instruments and
other equipment.
· I require all of my clients with outdoor events to provide (and use as needed) an alternate
inclement weather site available during the same hours as the outdoor event, prior to my
accepting the gig. I cannot perform outdoors in inclement weather. Should inclement
weather conditions make it impossible to complete the performance, the full amount of the
contract is nevertheless due.
